What helps me answer well
- Whether the org carries the
SBQQ__namespace — it decides whether we are talking about the same product at all. - The API version, if the question is about a field or a class.
- What you observed, rather than what you concluded from it. On this platform the two are often very different things.
Corrections
If something here is wrong on your org, say so. Every claim on this site is labelled with its register, and anything that turns out to be wrong gets corrected or removed rather than softened. That is the whole point of labelling them.
